Event Information
Back by popular demand, the 2009 Alternative Energy/Healing
Partnership Conference (AEPC 2009) will be held on May 30-31 at the Southern
Izaak Walton League in
Waldorf, They have volunteered to host AEPC 2009 at their 140 acre outdoor
education conference center and campground just south of Waldorf,
Maryland. They have public facilities to include bathrooms, showers,
and a commercial kitchen with four separate conference/display areas
under one roof and additional display areas on the grounds. They
are convenient to the DC/Baltimore/Richmond corridor and accessible
by rental car from Reagan, BWI, and Dulles airports. Also, there
is a nature trail, pristine creek, and fishing pond for additional
enjoyment. The Izaak Walton League is dedicated to clean air and
water and improved wildlife habitat. AEPC 2009 is moving there to
accommodate the growing number of people interested in new energy
technologies. Up to 5,000 people are expected to attend the event.
AEPC 2009 is a follow-up to AEPC
2008 and the 2007
Advanced Energy Technology Colloquium.AEPC 2009 is an excellent
venue for independent researchers/inventors to demonstrate their
alternative
energy and/or healing technologies in a safe environment, and remains
free of charge to presenters and the public, though voluntary donations
will be requested to offset marketing and other expenses and to provide
event materials/handouts to all attendees. Larry Jarboe is hosting
the event with the Izaak Walton League. Mr. Jarboe currently serves
as St. Mary’s County Commissioner and is a strong advocate
for sustainable communities, as evidenced by his involvement with
hydrogen and electric vehicle research and sustainable communities.
Email
Larry Jarboe or call 240-577-1240 for more specific directions
and information. The weekend event will be held outdoors with live demonstrations
and seminars on site all weekend. Food, restrooms, parking and lodging
are available in the immediate area – google keyword search for
Waldorf, Maryland hotels/lodging/restaurants for more information. 24-hour
security will also be provided to ensure the safety of presenters, attendees
and equipment. No formal RSVPs are requested for AEPC 2009, as this is
an informal network of inventors, researchers, and activists who fully
support full-scale implementation of alternative energy and healing technologies.
This is another excellent opportunity for inventors/researchers to secure
funding to bring these technologies into full-scale production and to
show the public what is currently available in the alternative energy
and healing technology fields of research.

Ride and Accomodation Sharing
A need was expressed for sharing rides to the event and/or accomodations
once there. Since the organizers to not have the time to coordinate
this, Michel here at Transformacomm has volunteered to coordinate this.
A private web page has been set up to help coordinate ride and accomodation
sharing. Since this page will be listing people's names, location, email
and/or phone number, there is no link to it from any web page. Instead
email: aepc2009@transformacomm.com and
we will provide you with the web page link. We ask that you DO NOT post
this link on any web site or mailing list/discussion group, etc. since
we don't want the email addresses to be picked up by search engines trolling
for email addresses to send spam to.
If you want to be listed on this page, please send me:
- Your name
- Where you are coming from (City, State/Province)
- Gender
- how to contact you: email and/or phone number
- what you are looking for: ride and/or accomodation
- Optionally a short message where you give more info as to what you
are looking for, restrictions, etc.
A section will also be put for those who are flying in who want to share
a car rental and/or accomodation. People state when and where you are
flying in/out of.
If you want to talk to Michel directly, he can be contacted at 450-446-8293
weeknights from 6:45 PM to 10:00 PM or weekends from 8:00 AM to 10:00
PM.
